BRBQ is a Korean-American grill and bar from the team behind DOMODOMO and ONDO, located at the base of Journal Square Urby in Jersey City. Inspired by the smoky soul of Korean BBQ and the laid-back spirit of all-day American dining, BRBQ brings wood-fired flavor to brunch, dinner, and everything in between.

Founded by Jae Park and Chef Brian Kim, BRBQ is the team’s third concept in Jersey City, following the beloved DOMODOMO and the waterfront-favorite ONDO. At BRBQ, fire is at the heart of everything — from Double-Cut LA Galbi grilled over open flame, to Mochi Pancakes caramelized to perfection.

The space, designed by IDBD, blends warm wood finishes with neon-inspired artwork, nodding to the iconic light works of Dan Flavin. In warmer months, outdoor seating welcomes guests to dine al fresco and soak in the energy of Journal Square.
